So....international “student”, drug dealer, Stepford, trust fund family business “entrepreneur”, someone connected to real estate...running out of stereotypes.

I had to look that up.
I’ll call that one an anomaly. Thankfully.

They love their JK 4 Doors here with 30” wheels on 31” tires so I wouldn’t be surprised if one had upgraded to the 4x4^2

Funny how preferences change with geography. The trophies here wouldn’t be caught dead in something as proletarian as a Jeep.
Around here, JKs and the like seem to go two ways - to actual outdoor adventure types who off-road all the time, and to techbro types who buy one, load on 20K worth of bric a brac, and then take it off road as much as I go mudding in the fintail.

Ahh that’s right. I’m in South Nashville which is very wealthy but it’s still in the south. Every Mom drives a Yukon, Subrban, Escalade, or Jeep. Welcome to the south?

I’ve noticed similar choices in mcmansionland Texas, too, along with the sprawl of Atlanta. Escalades pop up among the idle wealthy mommy set here on occasion, but imports rule. i also live in an area where the average detached house is in seven figures now, so it is kind of insane in a few ways.
